Accommodation (Annex 3) must reach Organization Committee until 20 of FEBRUARY, 2010.

Accommodation Form (Annex 3) can be sent to Organizing Committee by e-mail (accommodation@bakufencing2010.com) of by fax (+99412 598 2115)

Regarding to the occupancy of the hotels during the championship dates, since there are several more organizations on those days, we kindly suggest you to make your payments for accommodation until 05 of MARCH 2010.

Fill in Accommodation Request Form and send it to Organization Committee until 20 of FEBRUARY, 2010.
All reservations will be accepted only typed via fax or by e-mail (only scanned version of signed and stamped form)
After receiving the form, detailed pre-booking confirmation letter will be send with offered-payment details (prepayment must be 50% of total payment)
Guaranteed confirmation letter will be send once the payment is received.
